Service Description

The Empower & Strategy package gives us a chance to chat through your main worries, stresses and concerns so that I can support you in putting together a strategy to get you and your family moving forward. You have TWO x 30 minute calls and FOUR weeks of messaging support so that you are able to get the support you need in REAL time, in the midst of a reaction, when you want to check an ingredient list or when you are about to take your child to the park and need to check how you can be best prepared. Often parents find the strategies help them feel more positive and that they can progress with their child's allergies but often the emotional support that I can offer you is just as if not more important. It might be that your child is having a reaction and you're unsure what to do. With me by your side we can talk it through and come up with a plan that gives you reassurance and piece of mind that you CAN do this. You may have a friend or family member who you feel doesn't understand the turmoil that allergies can have on a family. Having me there as a sounding board, free of judgement and criticism gives you the chance to let off steam in a safe space. It might be that you have been given or read lots of conflicting advice on how to deal with your child's allergies. It can be overwhelming and exhausting scrolling through it all. With 7 years of experience with my own children, I want to short cut the process for you so that you and your family can lead a positive and happy lifestyle even if the allergies have to come along with us. Let me be the one who puts the pieces of the jigsaw together for you so that you can concentrate on being a mummy or daddy to your little one without worrying about all the external influences.
